We will arrange a pickup from your address for the return or exchange. Once we receive the product and verify that it’s in its original condition, we’ll initiate your refund or send out the replacement.

Important: To be eligible for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is compulsory — it must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without cuts. This helps us ensure transparency and fairness for both sides.
