Wind Song began over 27 years ago as a quiet dream in the hands of Mr. Bakshi—a retired Squadron Leader from the Indian Air Force. After years of service and precision, he turned to a more meditative rhythm—crafting wind chimes that carried the music of nature and the calm of stillness. With a deep love for sound and a scientific approach to balance and proportion, Mr. Bakshi created chimes that were not just decorative, but deeply intentional instruments of peace. Each piece was tuned by ear, crafted with care, and designed to bring harmony to any space.

Mehak Gupta

While his timeless chimes remain at its heart, Mehak and Archana, a mother-daughter duo united by their love for beauty, intention, and the quiet strength of handcrafted living. They are gently expanding the world he began—introducing objects of quiet beauty, designed not just to fill spaces, but to soften them. Every piece carries a bit of calm, a touch of wonder, and the echo of a legacy that continues to hum, softly, in the wind. Mehak, a graduate of NIFT, brings to Wind Song a fresh creative vision and a sharp business mind. With a background in design and a natural flair for storytelling, she thrives on finding elegant, imaginative solutions that blend tradition with a contemporary sensibility. Her deep belief in thoughtful design and emotional connection guides the way Wind Song continues to evolve.
