Return and exchange

This item is eligible for free return or replacement within 3 days of delivery in the unlikely event that it arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

To ensure a successful return or exchange, please keep the item in its original condition, with the brand outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories intact in the manufacturer’s packaging.

An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request. This helps us verify any issues and ensure a smooth resolution.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect prior to issuing a refund or sending a replacement.

3- Year Guarantee

Windsong Chimes is guaranteed for 3 years to be free of defect in material under normal usage conditions, effective from date of purchase. Normal usage conditions: The chime is best placed in a protected position such as a covered deck or verandah. The wooden parts of the chimes have been nourished with natural, oil polishing. In order to preserve the appearance and protection of these wooden parts we advise re-oiling once a year with similar oil. If exposed to direct sunlight the color of the wooden parts of the chimes may change. These color changes are natural and cannot be considered a defect. This guarantee requires that items for repair to be returned freight paid to our mailing postal address. Please see the contact us page.

After Warranty Service :

After expiration of the warranty period, repairs or complete refurbishment can be made after inspection and quotation in our workshop. Please get in touch with us on our email address with the product photos. Please see the contact us page.
